Description Job Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC) Licensed Mental Health Therapist Compensation: Paid bi-weekly Master's Level Provisionally Licensed: $60/hr for intake, $55/hr for follow-up Master's Level Fully Licensed: $68/hr for intake, $63/hr for follow-up PhD/PsyD Level Provisionally Licensed: $87/hr for intake, $77/hr for follow-up PhD/PsyD Level Fully Licensed: $94/hr for intake, $84/hr for follow-up Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time Employee; Exempt Location: This is an in-person or hybrid position based out of Wilmington, NC Role Summary The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.
