Warehouse Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily warehouse administration, ensuring smooth the facility runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Manage basic administration of the facility, process orders, and update records accurately. Oversee purchase orders, internal supplies, document filing etc. Conduct data entry tasks related to inventory management, order processing, and shipment tracking with precision using Microsoft Office tools and inventory management software. Facilitate communication between warehouse teams, suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any logistical issues promptly. Support warehouse operations by following efficient processes for shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, while adhering to safety standards. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse administration with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for data analysis and reporting. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for stock counting, measurements, and order processing. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping. Good customer service skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
