Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promote independence, and help them achieve personal goals in a safe and supportive environment. Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, and passionate about making a positive impact in others' lives. Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Training is provided.

Responsibilities:
- Provide help with activities of daily living including but not limited to: physical and emotional support, integrated healthcare recommendations and support, behavioral interventions, and communication support
- Provide transportation for appointments and daily activities
- Develop and maintain client relationships and foster positive self-esteem
- Provide assistance with general housekeeping and home management
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Able to pass a background check
- 1+ years experience providing support for an I/DD individual and/or family member preferred
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Work Locations: Eastern Oregon Counties, Hood River, The Dalles, Parkdale
