Pediatric Registered NurseLocation: Manchester Pediatric Medical Day Care (AristaCare at Manchester, 1770 Tobias Ave, Manchester Township, NJ 08759) Schedule: Full Time, Part Time, Per Diem (Monday-Friday 6am-4pm)Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to participants in a Pediatric Medical Day Care setting. The RN will also supervise the daily activities of room assistants while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. This role works closely with the Director and Director of Nursing to maintain the highest standards of care at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care to pediatric participants in accordance with care plans and facility policiesSupervise and support room assistants in daily clinical activitiesEnsure compliance with Pediatric Medical Day Care regulations and applicable healthcare standardsMonitor participants' conditions and report changes as appropriateComplete accurate and timely documentation, charting, and reportsCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated careParticipate in surveys, inspections, and quality improvement initiativesMaintain a professional and positive image of the facilityRequirementsActive, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey3 years experience as a full-time RN in a PICU, NICU, Pediatric Nursing Home, Pediatric Home Care, Pediatric Medical Daycare, Pediatric Rehab hospital1 year full-time experience in nursing supervision and/or administration in a licensed health care facilityWe OfferCompetitive pay rates401(k) retirement planMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off
