In This Role, You’ll
Source and recruit top candidates
Partner with clients and support active searches
Build relationships with professionals across industries
Contribute to business development efforts
Work closely with experienced recruiters and leadership
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles
Strong communication skills
Comfortable making outbound calls daily
Tech-savvy (LinkedIn, CRM tools, sourcing platforms)
Motivated, competitive, and team-oriented
