Physical Therapist – Clinical Director Location: Easton, MD We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to serve as the Clinical Director for our Easton clinic. In this role you will oversee clinic operations, mentor staff, maintain hands‑on patient care, and ensure high‑quality, one‑on‑one treatment in a no‑double‑booking environment. Responsibilities Lead clinic performance and culture, providing vision and direction for the team. Guide clinic operations including scheduling, quality assurance, and patient outcomes. Provide hands‑on patient care and clinical supervision. Serve as the primary point of contact for staff development and mentorship. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Leadership & Professional Growth Executive mentorship from the CEO and peer support. Participation in a Structured Leadership Development Program.
