CDL A Solo OTR Truck Drivers

Class A CDL Solo Truck Drivers (OTR) DSL Express and partners are hiring Class A CDL solo truck drivers and teams to operate our modernized fleet. Drivers are located throughout the Southeast, including Georgia and the Atlanta area, but carrier location is flexible. The position is full‑time with a strong nationwide OTR network. Pay and Compensation Typical Pay Highlights: 30% Line Haul + Bonuses (most popular for solos). $1,900–$2,400 weekly average. Option to switch to miles pay at any time. Up to 60 cents per mile for automatic drivers. Up to 65 cents per mile for manual drivers. Well over $104,000 annually on percentage earnings, with a top end of $145,000. No forced dispatch. Average pay per week ranges from $1,900 to $2,400 on legal hours, with peaks exceeding $2,700 during busy periods. Benefits No forced dispatch. Monthly bonuses based on safety, delivery and communication. Bonuses for passing DOT inspections. Requirements Class A CDL required; additional endorsements are a bonus. Minimum 2 years of CDL experience. Clean MVR and reasonable PSP report. Valid medical card issued. Ability to work with modern ELD systems. No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years. No failed or refused drug or alcohol test in the last 4 years. No DWI’s, DUI’s or BAC’s in the last 4 years. No reckless driving convictions in the last 3 years. No license suspension for points, unpaid tickets in the last 3 years. No more than 2 moving violations during the last year. At least 3 years of verifiable work history; non‑driving history may be checked. Must be willing and able to drive OTR across the country. Must be healthy, fit, and willing to work demanding routes.
