We are seeking a seasoned Diagnostics Project Manager with a strong background in structural assessment, restoration, and forensic investigations. The Diagnostics Project Manager will be responsible for: Overseeing the technical and contractual execution of multiple projects focused on structural rehabilitation, building envelope evaluations, and renovation efforts. Preparing project proposals and contributing to responses for client requests and qualifications. Leading on-site investigations and diagnostic testing. Authoring and managing the development of detailed technical reports and documentation. Designing repair strategies and producing construction drawings and specifications. Monitoring field implementation of repair solutions and conducting quality assurance reviews. Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success. Supporting strategic growth initiatives and contributing to business development efforts. The Diagnostics Project Manager should have the following qualifications: Professional Engineering (P.E.) required and Structural Engineering (S.E.) license is preferred. 9 years of experience with forensic projects Advanced degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (preferred) PTO If you are interested in the Diagnostics Project Manager role, then please don't wait to apply.
