Job Description

Day Shift 12 hours/day 3 days/week

Travel Radiology - Multi Modality CT / X-ray

Lutheran Downtown Hospital, IN
START ASAP
DURATION: 13 Weeks
SHIFT: Saturday-Sunday 7A-7P and Monday 11A-11P
AUTO OFFER
BLACKOUT DATES OR REQUIRED HOLIDAYS: Holiday during contract is mandatory unless agreed upon
MAX AMOUNT OF RTO: 0 (None preferable)
GH: 72 Bi-Weekly or 96 Bi-Weekly is an option
CALL REQUIREMENTS: 1 Night call every 2nd week
FLOATING REQUIRED: No
BLOCK SCHEDULING: Not an option

REQUIREMENTS

(R)(CT)ARRT and Diagnostic
BLS
REQUIRED SKILLS: Must be able to perform CT, Contrasted and Non-Contrasted Studies. Experience with Cardiac CT. Must be able to perform Diagnostic Radiology.
2 years' experience
EMR: Cerner

Next available, 1 day orientation

SCRUB COLOR: Black or gray

TRAVELERS SUBMITTED MUST ATTACH REQUIRED LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS OR WILL BE REJECTED

MUST INCLUDE DRIVER'S LICENSE /PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS ON THE SUBMISSION - ADDRESS MUST MATCH ID

TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY – LOCAL CANDIDATES NOT ACCEPTED
