Superintendent

Our client, a leading commercial general contractor in Texas, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation healthcare construction projects across the Austin area. If you excel in managing fast-paced, high-compliance environments like hospitals, medical office buildings, and specialty care facilities, this is a strong career opportunity. What You’ll Do Lead all onsite construction activities for healthcare projects Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics Enforce strict safety, infection control, and quality standards Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and facility teams Maintain project documentation, daily logs, and progress reports Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to healthcare regulatory requirements What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction Strong understanding of ICRA, interim life safety, and hospital protocols Proven track record delivering commercial or healthcare projects in Texas Ability to lead field teams, build relationships, and drive project execution OSHA 30 preferred; additional healthcare certifications are a plus What’s Offered Competitive salary + performance bonuses Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match Long-term growth opportunities with a highly respected GC #J-18808-Ljbffr Blayze Group
