Job: Driver You’ll be home every night – here's what your day will be like: Deliver Pepsi products to each customer location – a mix of large and small format. Lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases of 20–45 lbs per case. Connect with customers to ensure their needs are met. Use industry‑leading technology and tools. Rotate and stock Pepsi products on store shelves, displays, and in coolers. Primary Accountabilities Deliver products and execute all promotions. Serve all scheduled customers by the end of shift. Merchandise all accounts to local standards. Follow DOT regulations. Establish positive working relationships with primary contacts at each account. Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance. Minimum Requirements 21 years or older. Valid U.S. CDL with non‑excepted interstate status (if applicable). Note: In all California locations except Stockton, both non‑excepted intrastate and non‑excepted interstate status are accepted; in Stockton, CA only non‑excepted interstate status is accepted. Pass required drug test and physical capabilities test (if applicable). Pass DOT physical and DOT road test. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Helpful Experience Operating trucks requiring a Valid U.S. CDL license (basic functions: driving forwards, backwards, maneuvering in tight spaces). Merchandising products (filling shelves, building displays, rotating product, cleaning shelves, eliminating out‑of‑stocks). Operating equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.).
