Manage team responsible for agile design and execution of significant investment and strategic programs with cross-enterprise scope to execute control strategy.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Lead definition and delivery of solutions to complex problems that result in the reduction of fraud losses, reduction in operating expenses and/or enhancements to client experience 2. Own relationship with key business partners in risk, product, technology, and other line-of-business organizations as appropriate3. Manage team of execution managers, leads and analysts 4. Leads the assessment of potential new projects, analyzing opportunity and defining approach and business case5. Prioritize opportunities and set the agenda for team's work in the space in partnership with executives and leaders from across organizations6. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, Enterprise Technology and other resources required to execute initiatives7. Owns the execution and delivery of results 8. Lead and structure complex analysis of current state process and issues/gaps, defines future state process and roadmap to achieve the future state9. Manage creation of standard project management deliverables including project plans, process maps, technical requirements/user stories and status updates units10. Acts as a change agent to influence the strategic direction of initiatives11. Extensive cross-organization coordination including fraud operations, product & channel technology teams, strategy & analytics and cyber securityQUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education2. 7-10 years of financial services work experience, including fraud management experience3. Strong leadership and communication skills4. Experience leading projects and driving change5. Management experiencePreferred Qualifications:1.
