Seeking a Freelance Jira Configuration Specialist to work remotely on a flexible schedule, who will evaluate the capabilities of an AI assistant for Jira and Jira Service Management, identify knowledge gaps, and enhance its functionality through structured knowledge transfer. Key responsibilities Test Jira and JSM configurations, documenting successes, gaps, and areas for improvement Map coverage and gaps, maintaining a clear record of supported use cases and best practices Convert Jira expertise into structured, reusable skills and validate newly created skills through retesting Required qualifications Strong hands-on Jira and JSM administration experience across various real-world scenarios Deep understanding of configuration approaches and best practices Comfortable working with AI tools and interested in improving AI systems Ability to document edge cases and explain trade-offs between different solutions Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to testing and documentation
