The Opportunity Growth Analytics Lead – responsible for measurement and analytics across the growth marketing team, enabling smarter investment every quarter. The Ideal Candidate An analytical problem‑solver who thrives in ambiguity, owns the end‑to‑end analytics workflow, and influences strategy through data‑driven insights. Responsibilities Own attribution and measurement frameworks across paid search, paid social, affiliate, and other acquisition programs. Design, execute, and analyze incrementality tests and experimentation programs to measure causal marketing impact. Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting for growth marketing and company leadership. Develop automated monitoring systems to ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and timely insights. Create scalable analytics tools and processes that accelerate decision‑making across the Growth team. Partner with marketing leadership to translate data into actionable channel, audience, and budget recommendations. Conduct deep‑dive analyses to identify growth opportunities and diagnose performance changes. Apply statistical and predictive modeling techniques to improve marketing efficiency and performance. Support advanced measurement initiatives, including marketing mix modeling, attribution modeling, and forecasting. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Data, Product, Engineering, and Finance to improve measurement infrastructure and business understanding. Prefer experience supporting app measurement and mobile attribution initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science). 5–7 years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative business roles, focused on growth marketing, e‑commerce, or performance marketing. Proven experience building attribution models and designing incrementality or experimental measurement frameworks. Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis, modeling, and automation. Familiarity with major advertising platforms and measurement ecosystems (Meta, Google, TikTok). Mobile attribution and app measurement a plus. Experience applying statistical methods and predictive modeling to business problems; marketing mix modeling is a plus. Deep understanding of experimentation design, causal inference, and marketing measurement best practices. Ability to leverage AI‑powered tools to improve productivity and insight generation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non‑technical audiences. Strong sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to delivering measurable results. Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple high‑impact initiatives simultaneously. Pay Range $207,000 – $235,000 USD (base salary only). Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.
