Sleep Expert - Sales

Bilingual - Spanish (Preferred) Responsibilities Elevate and enhance the customer's in‑store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best‑in‑class products. Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with the use of digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience. Create an environment that places the customer at the center by cultivating strong relationships. Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject‑matter expert. Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving issues and sending delivery reminders. Monitor competitor offerings, promotions, and services, and adjust strategies accordingly. Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales. Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Proven sales experience in a retail or customer‑facing role. Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset. Experience with digital tools and omnichannel sales processes is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year *depending on qualifications and experience*. Base pay or uncapped commission structure. 401(k) with employer matching.
