Bamboo Nutrition LLC is a growing, dietitian-owned private practice located in Columbia, MO. We specialize in individual nutrition counseling for eating disorders, disordered eating, and chronic disease management in adolescents and adults. Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our practice for a part-time position with the opportunity to potentially grow into a full-time position. Candidates may work in person at our Columbia, MO office or as a virtual dietitian providing telehealth services. The ideal candidate has experience working with eating disorders (inpatient or outpatient), is passionate about providing care from a HAES lens, and may be pursuing specialization in eating disorders (CEDS-S, CEUs, or supervision). This position is designed for someone who values independence while working within a collaborative, supportive team environment. Interested candidates should complete the application on our website: Responsibilities Provide individual nutrition counseling for clients of all ages including children, teens, and adults and demographics including but not limited to LGBTQIA+, male and female clients Maintain an appropriate caseload with weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions Schedule client follow-ups and complete timely charting and documentation Collaborate with families as needed in client care Participate in weekly team meetings (Tuesdays, 9–10 AM) Lead or co-lead groups, classes, or creative programming as desired Engage in networking with local professionals and community organizations Participate in ongoing professional development, case consultations, and supervision Fax notes and collaborate with treatment teams in a timely manner Qualifications Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential with current CDR registration Ability to apply for Missouri dietitian licensure Experience working in eating disorder treatment (inpatient or outpatient) Demonstrated interest in or pursuit of specialization in eating disorders ( CEDS-S credential or equivalent continuing education/supervision preferred) Experience with children, teens, and families strongly preferred Ability to counsel and educate clients with warmth, compassion, and professionalism Commitment to Health at Every Size principles and culturally competent care Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills $48–$56 per hour Flexible schedule with in-office and work-from-home options Unlimited unpaid time off (with productivity goals met) Free in-house supervision and training opportunities Shared professional development and client resources Comfortable, private office space with provided phone extension, fax, and EHR access Minimal administrative burden (billing and insurance support provided) Long-term, rewarding client relationships in a supportive environment Pathway to full-time employment with additional benefits, including: Expanded scheduling flexibility Paid time off (PTO) Health insurance Why Join Bamboo Nutrition LLC?
