Join Our Team We're seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to join our leadership team at The Recovery Village Salem in Salem, Oregon. Your leadership will directly influence patient outcomes, staff development, and the overall success of our nursing department. What You'll Do Lead and support daily nursing operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care Mentor, coach, and supervise nursing and behavioral health staff Partner with the Director of Nursing to maintain clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and quality standards Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and operational workflows to support patient needs Oversee medication management, pharmacy coordination, and nursing supply inventory Monitor infection prevention practices and conduct quality assurance audits Coordinate admissions, discharges, transfers, laboratory services, and continuity of care Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance within AVATAR Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and external healthcare partners to provide seamless patient care Support emergency preparedness and maintain safe staffing during critical situations Assist with specialty programs, including Vivitrol coordination, as assigned Serve as the Director of Nursing in their absence when needed The Difference You'll Make Recovery is rarely a straight path—but compassionate leadership can make all the difference. Schedule: 4 10s | Full-Time | On-Call | Flexible Requirements Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, licensed as a Registered Nurse as indicated in State law, higher education preferred Minimum two years' experience as a Licensed Registered Nurse. Behavioral health experience preferred Licensed to practice in the State of practice.
