Service Manager
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service department, ensuring that customer vehicles are repaired efficiently and to high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of service technicians and support staff.
- Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance schedules.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding service.
- Ensure workshop safety and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor inventory and order parts as needed.
- Prior experience in automotive service management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and best practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
