IMAGING SERVICES SCHEDULING TECH/OFFICE COORDINATOR-RADIOLOGY (FT) Cody Regional Health · RADIOLOGY Cody , WY Administrative Support Full Time (80 pp) , Days Posted 08/18/2026 JOB TITLE: Imaging Services Scheduling Tech/ Office Coordinator DEPARTMENT: Radiology/ Imaging Services REPORTS TO: Radiology Director JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for coordinating clerical, scheduling, pre-registration and billing duties using the EHR. The coordination of activities occurs intradepartmental, and with physician offices. Perform other related duties incidental to work described within. The employee must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his or her assigned unit. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient’s requirements relative to his or her age-specific needs, and to provide the care needed as described in the unit’s policies and procedures. JOB REQUIREMENTS High School Graduate preferred. CNA or Medical Assistant preferred. EXPERIENCE Minimum of two years of medical/secretarial skills preferred. Minimum of one year of experience in related healthcare fields is preferred. SKILLS Must possess a high degree of confidentiality in all matters with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work with staff and public in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner. Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Must have well-developed verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer and keyboarding skills. Able to type a minimum of 60 words per minute. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products knowledge including Word and Outlook. Ability to learn new computer software applications. Knowledge of medical terminology. Detail oriented. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Effectively communicate with physicians’ offices /patients to schedule procedures. Schedule elective, add on and emergent/urgent cases using EHR. Professionally greet all customers calling or presenting themselves to the Imaging Services Department in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner. Establish and maintain open lines of communication with physicians and their office personnel. Establish and maintain open lines of communication with CRH personnel. Maintain adequate time allotments for each procedure scheduled. Coordinate with appropriate department personnel any changes in schedules, needs for special equipment, or any unusual requests related to the procedure. Maintain the flow of communication in the department, including answering the telephone and providing information and directions for patients and other guests. Cross train in other areas as defined by Leadership (i.e. Front Office, Radiology Assistant duties, Insurance Authorizations). SECONDARY FUNCTIONS Attend meetings as requested and take notes. Maintain files/ records for Imaging Services department, which may include reporting statistics. Serve on committees as requested. Retrieve mail from hospital and distribute it to appropriate staff.
