Overview
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our clients' fast-paced plaintiff litigation team. This role is ideal for a results-driven attorney who thrives in a high-volume environment and is confident taking cases from file through trial.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume docket of personal injury cases
- Handle all phases of litigation from case evaluation through trial
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Develop case strategy, prepare witnesses, and represent clients in court
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient case progression and strong client communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years of personal injury trial experience required
- Proven ability to manage a large caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and case strategy abilities
- Licensed and in good standing in the state of Texas
Compensation
Salary: $170k-$220k base + a determined % of settlement fees
