Business Intelligence Architect

10-15 years of overall experience in BI, Analytics, Business Intelligence and Analytics, specializing in report and data migration projects. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (Architecture, Data Modeling, DAX, Power BI Service). Proven experience working with multiple BI platforms: MicroStrategy / Tableau / Qlik (QlikView / Qlik Sense) Experience working on data migration or report migration projects, especially from legacy BI tools. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and dimensional modeling. Strong SQL skills for data analysis and performance tuning. Experience in designing scalable and reusable BI frameworks and designing scalable BI solutions in cloud-based environments. Ability to work independently and lead BI initiatives end-to-end. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities include: Design, architect, and deliver enterprise-scale Power BI solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. Lead BI modernization, data migration, and report migration projects, including migration from legacy BI tools to Power BI. Analyze existing reports and semantic models in MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Qlik, and map them to optimized Power BI equivalents, Tableau Cloud and Qlik cloud. Define and enforce BI architecture standards, best practices, data modeling guidelines, and performance optimization strategies. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product owners to gather requirements and translate them into robust BI solutions. Develop and manage Power BI datasets, data models, DAX calculations, and advanced visualizations. Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, security (RLS), and governance across BI solutions. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to BI developers and analysts. Participate in solution reviews, architectural discussions, and roadmap planning. Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of BI solutions across environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr artechllc.com
