If you love creating joyful moments and providing excellent care, we want you on our team!Your Role:Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homesTailor activities to their interests for meaningful engagementJob Requirements:Must be 18+1 year of caregiving experienceValid driver's license and reliable transportationFully vaccinated or exemptionCurrent TB test or clear X-rayFingerprint clearance (Live Scan)CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)Willing to travel up to 25 miles if neededResponsibilities:Personal care, light housework, meal prepShopping, errands, companionshipIncontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLsBenefits:$100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours workedCompetitive pay ($18–$20/hr)Bonuses for last-minute and weekend fill-in shiftsFlexible schedulesSchedule:Full-time, part-time, on-call, and weekend shifts available
