JOB TITLE: Logistics / Coordinator PAY: Hourly DOE LOCATION: San Leandro/Hayward, CA SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos, San Leandro is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator in our San Leandro location. Benefits 401(k) matching Company parties Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Training & development Primary Responsibilities Monitoring job file status in real time Scheduling crews daily and creating a contingency plan for emergency services throughout the day Daily/Hourly allocation of company resources such as personnel, vehicles, and equipment to keep projects moving until completion Maintaining internal and external communications Daily communication with team members and customers Position Requirements Prior logistical experience Solid knowledge of the Bay Area and traffic – we directly service San Francisco, Belmont/San Carlos, and the East Bay from West Oakland to Fremont Ability to multi‑task and adapt to momentary changes 2+ years of administrative or office‑related experience Restoration service industry experience a plus Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain a courteous and professional tone at all times Ability to actively listen, respectfully question, show empathy, and resolve conflict while maintaining a teamwork attitude Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented Capability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented office environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to learn new and proprietary software Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Hours 40 hours/week, hours between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Flexible to work overtime or weekend when required Pay Rate Competitive pay based on experience Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos is an EOE M/F/D/V/SO/GI employer.
