Project Superintendent

Superintendent - Build With Purpose, Lead With Integrity

Our mission at RGGC is to prove construction can be an awesome experience for everyone.

Ryan Gootee General Contractors is seeking a detail-oriented Superintendent who embodies our core values and leads through action, not distant delegation. Since 2005, we've built our reputation on delivering exceptional projects while fostering a work family culture. With 90% private clients and 72% negotiated work, we tackle projects that challenge conventional thinking - from cutting-edge architectural statements to historic restorations. You will work with supportive leaders willing to jump in and help you succeed, but won't look over your shoulder. You are expected to be a self-starter and begin tasks without being told to do so. Your main job is driving the schedule of the project onsite while maintaining an atmosphere on your jobsite that reflects the company culture and core values.
