We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable professional to support kit fulfillment and assembly operations. In this role, you will help ensure products are accurately picked, packed, assembled, and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing high-quality work, follows processes carefully, and contributes to a smooth and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities- Pick, pack, and assemble kits according to work instructions and customer specifications.
- Verify item counts, product accuracy, and assembly quality before shipment.
- Label, organize, and prepare completed kits for storage or distribution.
- Inspect materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues as needed.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Follow established procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Support inventory counts, material handling, and restocking activities as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks as needed for the role.
- Prior experience in fulfillment, assembly, warehouse, or production work is preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production needs.
