Dr. Novikov Wellness and Skin Care is a fast-growing, physician-led wound-care and surgical dermatology practice serving skilled nursing and long-term-care facilities across New England. We deliver healing rates well above industry benchmarks, a sub-1% hospital readmission rate, and substantial cost savings for the facilities we serve — backed by a clean compliance record.

We're hiring an experienced sales hunter to open doors and fill our pipeline. Your job is to get us in front of the right decision-makers at nursing homes and regional chains; our clinical reputation and outcomes do the rest. You won't be building or managing a sales team — you'll be doing what hunters do best: finding opportunities and landing the first meeting.

What you will do

• Prospect and open doors at skilled-nursing facilities and regional chains — cold outreach, referrals, networking, and conferences.
• Secure qualified first meetings and get our clinical leadership in front of nursing, operations, and administrative decision-makers.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, with honest, current forecasting.
• Hand off warm, qualified prospects to our team for clinical evaluation and close — and stay involved to keep deals moving.
• Be the early voice of our differentiator: superior healing, fewer readmissions, lower survey risk, and documentation integrity.

What you bring

• A track record of hunting and opening doors in healthcare — ideally selling services into skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings.
• Current relationships with SNF / LTC decision-makers (corporate or facility level) who will take your call — strongly preferred.
• Genuine comfort with cold outreach and being measured on activity, meetings, and pipeline. This is a hunter's seat, not an account-management one.
• Disciplined pipeline habits and honest forecasting.
• Working knowledge of healthcare compliance (Anti-Kickback, safe harbors, BAAs).

Compensation

• Base salary plus  uncapped commission .
• A  ramp-up draw against commission during your initial period, so you can build a book without going hungry.
• First-year earnings estimate of $130k
