Principal Biosafety & Health & Safety Consultant (Scottsdale)

ERM is seeking a senior biosafety and health & safety leader to shape enterprise biosafety programs across complex, high‑risk labs and manufacturing environments in the United States. You will drive governance, risk management, program design, and performance improvements aligned with client objectives.

This role requires 6–8+ years in EHS with BSL-1 to BSL-3 experience, consulting or client-facing experience, proven ability to build roadmaps and KPIs, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
