Program Manager

Overview We are seeking a Program Manager to support a law enforcement customer in Washington, DC. This position is contingent on contract award, and in this role you will: Responsibilities Serve as the Government’s main point-of-contact and provide overall leadership and guidance for all Contractor personnel assigned to all Task Orders (TO) issued under this BPA. Function as the Transition Manager for the contract. Have ultimate responsibility for the quality and efficiency of all TOs issued under the program to include both technical issues and business processes. The PM shall have overall responsibility of the contract activities, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, staffing and reporting status, deliverables and schedules to the Government. Be required to be onsite in downtown Washington, DC five (5) days per week. Assign taskings to Contractor personnel, supervise on-going technical efforts, and manage overall performance of all TOs issued under this BPA. This person shall be readily available to respond to Government questions, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant discipline or related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management with seven (7) or more years of relevant experience in an Enterprise IT environment Active Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Candidates must be willing and able to pass a customer background check, equivalent to Public Trust level Demonstrated experience in the management and control of complex information technology architectures involving multiple disparate operating systems, databases, networks, communications subsystems, and managed services environments Supervisory experience over substantial operations which encompassed user and network systems and integration; and led organizations with people of various job categories and skills Experience in a quality assurance environment that includes, at a minimum, knowledge of customer satisfaction tracking user complaint and monitoring programs and quality control programs Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting material to senior Government officials Proven experience with manpower utilization, training, problem resolution, and employee relations (including teaming partners or sub-Contractors) Government experience/knowledge with various types of audits such as Financial, and Assessment and Authorization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
