Service Technician

divh2Service Technician/h2pWe are looking for a Service Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of fountain soda systems, juice systems, and bulk carbon dioxide (CO2) vessels. This position ensures all equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and customer expectations./pulliInstall beverage dispensing equipment at new customer locations./liliPerform service and maintenance on syrup, juice, and bulk CO2 systems at customer sites./liliDiagnose and resolve product quality issues, including taste, temperature, and carbonation inconsistencies./liliConduct preventative maintenance during scheduled visits or when time allows./liliRebuild and refurbish equipment at the plant as required./liliOccasionally deliver Bag-in-Box (BIB) syrup and CO2 supplies to customers./liliSurvey and evaluate job sites to determine installation feasibility and requirements./liliTest and verify product temperature and carbonation levels during every service call./liliEnsure customers complete and sign loan agreements when new equipment is installed./liliPrepare and service outdoor bars, patios, and venues for seasonal transitions (e.g., summer/winter setups)./liliWork overtime as required to meet customer and operational demands./liliParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule, providing after-hours service support as needed (24/7 availability)./liliPerform service work as needed across extended regions, including Rochester, Central New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio./liliComplete all required paperwork, service reports, and administrative documentation accurately and on time./liliMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company safety standards./li/ulpRequirements/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in refrigeration, electrical, or mechanical systems preferred./liliStrong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and basic refrigeration. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively./liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with customers and team members./liliAbility to troubleshoot issues efficiently and make sound decisions under pressure./liliValid drivers license with a clean driving record required.
