Job Title: Warehouse Loader

Job Description

As a Warehouse Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials from trucks and trailers, organizing and staging materials, and assisting with deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse area during downtime and occasionally engage in production work.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
• Organize and stage materials efficiently.
• Assist with deliveries by verifying materials and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse area during downtime.
• Participate in production work as needed.

Essential Skills

• Experience in material handling and general labor.
• Ability to lift heavy materials, approximately 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic reading skills and understanding of carpentry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Any type of production labor experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This position is crucial during the busy season, with shifts running Monday through Friday, from 5am to 3:30pm, with potential overtime extending to 4pm or 5pm. This is not a temporary role and involves working outside.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kirkland, IL.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Kirkland,IL.
