In this role, you will work in a controlled clean room environment to assemble and inspect aerospace components. Essential Functions: Perform assembly and inspection tasks in a Clean Room environment. Follow strict Clean Room protocols to maintain contamination-free conditions. Handle and assemble aerospace components with precision and care. Conduct visual inspections to ensure components meet quality standards. Document work performed and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience working in a clean room or controlled environment. Preferred Additional Skills: Experience in aerospace manufacturing or assembly work. Knowledge of precision assembly techniques and tools. Fine motor skills and handling. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in the state of New Jersey is $18.50/hr - $59.13/hr.
