Work Environment

This position is onsite within our vibrant rehabilitation center, where collaboration is key. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists to deliver a coordinated approach to your patients' care. Our work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility required based on patient needs and clinic operations. Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage individualized treatment plans developed for each patient, with a primary focus on enhancing mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and specialized activities that support their recovery journey while promoting physical well-being.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics and exercise techniques to empower them in their rehabilitation process, including creating effective home exercise programs.
• Administer therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy under your supervision, ensuring all treatments align with patient goals.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress by tracking vital metrics such as range of motion, strength improvements, and overall functional advancements.
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain organized equipment to guarantee a safe and efficient therapy environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize patient care, actively participating in team meetings to discuss patient progress and necessary adjustments in treatment plans.
• Provide emotional support and motivation for patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive, encouraging atmosphere that aids their recovery.
• Adhere to all ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring patient confidentiality and rights are always maintained.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
