Job Description

Under general supervision, performs routine manual labor associated with the daily cleanup of buildings. Duties include, but are not limited to: dust mop, sweep, wet mop, vacuum, dust, wax floors, clean rest rooms, remove trash, polish furniture, snow removal, clean carpets, operate a buffer, set-up for special lectures or conferences. Must learn and observe all safety regulations and policies. Work from ladders to change light globes, wash walls and windows. Must be willing to work occasional weekends if needed, building checks. Must keep walks and grounds clean up to 20' around the perimeter of the assigned building. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma and at least 6 months of experience.

Additional Information 12 PM - 9 PM, Monday through Friday, special event working hours as needed. Rotating weekend building checks. Summer hours may differ slightly.
