Role: Maintenance Mechanic
Site: Gillett, WI
Employment: Full-Time
Compensation: $27 $35/hr
What You'll Need:
- 1+ year of hands-on mechanical maintenance or comparable equipment repair experience.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial, agricultural, automotive, construction, military, or machine-shop equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints, prints, diagrams, sketches, and equipment manuals.
- Basic PLC troubleshooting knowledge.
- Comfortable using hand/power tools, MIG/TIG welders, and torch-cutting equipment.
- Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Ability to work seasonal overtime, weekends, and changing shifts during peak production.
- Food manufacturing or high-volume production experience is preferred but not required.
