Job Description

Domino's Pizza is seeking a skilled Senior Associate Digital Campaign Marketing Manager to activate multi-step, multi-channel customer journeys and personalized campaigns that drive lifetime value. This role will help unlock Domino's data advantage and accelerate the impact of digital channels by delivering more relevant, high-value consumer experiences that support topline business growth.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the Manager, Personalization and Customer Lifecycle, and partners across Data Sciences, Data Management, Digital Media, Customer Care, and eCommerce to shape the strategic roadmap for digital customer journeys and personalization.
• Develop targeted and personalized campaigns designed to strengthen customer acquisition and increase purchase frequency.
• Partner with Data Sciences and Decision Science teams to apply machine-learning models and integrate data and data models into personalization campaigns and digital customer journeys.
• Set and manage the strategic roadmap and prioritization of journey- and personalization-based eCommerce features, offers, enablement, and enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional project planning with MarTech Operations, Data Sciences, Data Management, Media, IT, Marketing, Legal, and other partners for multi-channel, multi-step journeys and personalized or targeted campaigns.
• Establish project milestones, deadlines, and dependencies, and track cross-functional progress against agreed plans.
• Gather information and help create presentations for Marketing Leadership and advisory boards on program performance and key updates, while maintaining current knowledge of customer journey best practices, technical solutions, and data integration approaches across eCommerce and marketing channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years in developing CRM digital experiences at scale
• Digital UX experience within the QSR or retail eCommerce industry is desired
• Experience activating machine-learning models like Lifetime Value and Next Best Action in customer-facing experiences is desired
• Familiarity with online marketing tools including CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Self-starter with high focus on team success across function
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and leadership ability
• Ability to sift through data/insights and translate into effective marketing activation plans
• Proven ability to drive change and adapt quickly
