Job Description Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Required Qualifications: Very proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Nice to have Essbase Responsibilities: Will help lead financial planning and analysis activities, including long-range plan, annual budgeting process, rolling and major forecast cycles, as well as internal management reporting. This role partners closely with business leaders to provide strategic finance support, evaluate growth and investment opportunities, deliver actionable insights through ad hoc analysis, and drive informed decision-making that supports the company's financial and operational objectives. Shift hours: Our team's typical hours are 8 to 6 CT where all team members overlap (a number of people are remote across the country). However, it's not uncommon to work a bit later if something urgent is needed.
