Financial Reporting Accountant

Primary Recruiting Services (PRS) –Finance Job Title: Senior Accountant Compensation: $85,000-100,000 + bonus Job Type: Full Time Why You Should Apply: This company is one of the largest in their industry in Cincy This person will be put on track for management over the next couple years You will get to work with like-minded individuals, many coming from public accounting or large companies. This role is very dynamic, getting to work on many special projects and implementing new controls and standards company wide What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar from an accredited university This person MUST have experience in public accounting OR strong technical accounting experience CPA or Masters in preferred What You'll Be Doing: Does research on new accounting pronouncements Ensure that internal and external financial statements are in compliance with GAAP requirements Helps to lead implementations of new accounting standards Assists in the consolidated financial preparation process Arranges audits, special projects, and reviews Evaluate the effectiveness of the internal controls and implement new procedure based on results from testingMake sure all earning release deadlines are met Work alongside external auditors to ensure they have all required information #J-18808-Ljbffr Primary Recruiting Services
