LPN II PositionOur client, a leading health system in Garden City, KS, is seeking a LPN II to join their team at St. Catherine Hospital. This role is essential in providing quality patient care in a supportive environment.ResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse.Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.RequirementsCurrent LPN license in the state of Kansas.Previous experience in a medical/surgical acute care setting preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.ScheduleFull-time position with day shifts.Compensation$18.90 - $29.24/hourBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision plans.Life insurance.Paid time off, including a minimum of 14 paid days annually for full-time employees.Tuition reimbursement.Retirement plan options, including 401(k) and 403(b).
