Job Title: Product Strategist-strategic thinking

Location Charlotte, NC (3X A WEEK) -Onsite

Duration : 12 months+

Role Overview

You will lead product and services teams in discovering solutions that people value and that drive business outcomes. You will frame opportunities, structure and run research, facilitate collaborative workshops, guide problem definition and concept exploration, create impactful solutions, and validate them through testing.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated strategic thinking, strong discovery and research capabilities, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to clearly connect work to measurable business outcomes.
• 3-5 years' experience in design research, product strategy and design and/or service design.
• A story or portfolio reflecting a full understanding of the entire product cycle, from initial conception through build and into deployment.
• Extensive experience planning and facilitating cross-functional workshops at various levels of leadership in a corporate setting.
• Portfolio required.

• Experience in business strategy and value assessment to align product strategy to business objectives.

• Ability to plan and facilitate research efforts to better understand people and their environments.

• Ability to structure and lead workshops that align research insights to defined business goals, determine priorities, and leverage artifacts to make ideas clearly understood.
• Collaborative maker with experience creating psychologically safe environments where people can innovate.
• Ability to coach to a product mindset and articulate problems and solutions clearly while striving for alignment.
