Job Summary

We are seeking a Policy Support Specialist for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for a customer-focused insurance support professional who enjoys helping clients, managing policy documentation, and working closely with account managers to deliver accurate, timely service in a high volume call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support clients with policy maintenance, documentation, inquiries, and service-related requests.
- Communicate proactively with clients by phone and email to gather information, provide updates, and resolve questions.
- Work closely with account managers to ensure client needs are handled promptly, accurately, and professionally.
- Process insurance-related documentation while maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
- Deliver a positive client experience through clear communication, follow-through, and strong attention to detail.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on professional development and exceptional service.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $17.50 to $18.50 per hour
- Job type: Temp-to-hire, full-time.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Location: Nashville, TN
- Work arrangement: Onsite to start, then transition to a hybrid schedule.
