Description

Essential Job Functions:

• Greets and escorts guests to dining tables. Responsible for cleanliness of outlet.
• Performs duties according to proper service etiquette and company and departmental standards.
• Responds to customers' special requests or complaints; informs the supervisor on duty.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the outlet.
• Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of satisfaction, togetherness, appreciation and recognition (S.T.A.R.).
• Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC agent on duty, security and supervisor on duty of any internal control or state regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company self-reporting policy.

Other Job Functions:

• Provides guests the F&B outlets hours of operation and information related to casino/resort events.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience Required: Previous customer experience.
• Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Ability to communicate effectively with others. Able to comprehend and comply with applicable federal, state, company and departmental rules and regulations.
• Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: N/A
