BI Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support a cross-functional software platform developed by the IT organization. This individual will serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, transforming data into actionable insights through dashboards, reporting, and analytics. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can effectively collaborate across multiple teams.

Day to Day:

• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.

• Partner with business stakeholders across Sales, Service, and Product teams to understand reporting and analytics needs.

• Translate business requirements into meaningful metrics, KPIs, and visualizations.

• Work closely with developers, engineers, and data services teams to identify, access, and stitch together data from multiple sources.

• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize deliverables and support ongoing growth initiatives.

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Support a rapidly scaling team by helping drive reporting, insights, and data-driven decision-making.

Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building dashboards and visualizations in Power BI and/or Tableau.

• Strong SQL experience with the ability to query, manipulate, and analyze data.

• Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity with minimal oversight.

• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams. • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders.

• Experience supporting large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

• Marketing background
