We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our team at Inver Grove Toyota for the afternoon shift 12:30-8pm. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers by accurately processing parts orders and maintaining inventory. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and product knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating and ordering automotive parts
• Process parts sales and maintain accurate transaction records
• Maintain inventory levels and organize parts storage areas
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to fulfill parts requests efficiently
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and support to customers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in parts sales or inventory management is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work evening shifts reliably and some Saturdays on rotation
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with parts ordering systems
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
