Site Manager

Location: Riverview Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $65,000- $80,000 annually + bonus potential up to 12.5% Schedule: Must be available for weekends, holidays, and evenings Grow Your Career With Bubble Down! Bubble Down Car Wash is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Site Manager to lead operations, develop people, and deliver results at one of our high‑volume locations. This isn't a “clipboard” management role — it's a true business leadership position. You'll be responsible for every aspect of your site's success: people, performance, and profitability. The right candidate brings maturity, accountability, and pride of ownership — someone who leads from the front, rolls up their sleeves when needed, and sets the standard for excellence every single day. What You'll Do Lead & Develop a High-Performance Team Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of 12–20 employees Build bench strength and ensure full coverage for all positions Conduct structured training and monthly performance reviews Hold team members accountable to company standards while recognizing great work Foster a positive, professional culture that drives engagement and retention Run a Tight, High-Performing Operation Oversee daily site performance, safety, and equipment readiness Ensure consistent execution of wash quality, site appearance, and member experience Stay proactive — address issues before they become problems Manage inventory, vendor relations, and site maintenance Occasionally drive a company vehicle or your own personal vehicle to run site errands (e.g., supply pickups, vendor coordination) as needed Own the Numbers Drive membership growth and motivate your team to meet sales goals Manage P&L performance: control labor and operating expenses Submit accurate daily and weekly reporting with thoughtful analysis Identify and act on trends in performance, customer feedback, and profitability Requirements What We're Looking For 3+ years of management experience in a car wash, service, or retail environment Proven ability to hire, train, and lead successful teams Demonstrated success managing entry‑level/hourly employees while minimizing turnover Experience managing financial performance or operational KPIs Hands‑on leadership style — comfortable working outdoors and leading by example Professional communication, organizational discipline, and problem‑solving skills Commitment to schedule, standards, and accountability Experience leading teams of 10+ employees Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record — this role requires occasional driving of a company or personal vehicle for site errands and vendor coordination Must pass a criminal background check and MVR check — this role requires driving Preferred Experience with tunnel wash systems or other high‑volume service operations Background in developing training programs or structured coaching systems Comfortable with tools like Excel, POS systems, and cloud‑based reporting platforms Why Join Bubble Down Competitive salary + performance bonus up to 12.5% Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match up to 5% Paid Time Off (PTO) Free Car Washes + Employee Perks Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company Background Check This position requires a criminal history check and a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, conducted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and applicable state law.
