As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our hotel operates at its best. Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing PTAC units to keep rooms comfortable for guests.
• Handling electrical maintenance tasks to ensure safety and functionality.
• Performing plumbing repairs and maintenance to keep everything flowing smoothly.
• Addressing general maintenance needs throughout the property to maintain a high standard of quality.

We’re seeking someone who brings both expertise and a strong work ethic to the table. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Proven knowledge of PTAC units , electrical systems , and plumbing . (If you don’t have experience in these areas, this role might not be the right fit.)
• A proactive, hardworking attitude with a commitment to getting the job done right.
• The ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
