Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Part-Time In-Home Care
Responsibilities
- Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans for clients.
- Administer treatments and medications accurately and safely.
- Monitor chronic conditions and adjust care as needed.
- Document care activities in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, quality care.
- Support clients in maintaining independence at home.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current valid RN license.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Strong assessment, clinical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
