You will provide a wide range of administrative support and organizational assistance to the Program Director and Program Leads, helping ensure that day-to-day operations run efficiently in a fast-paced, urgent, and high-accountability environment. You will help coordinate administrative activities, maintain organized records and information, support projects and priorities, and assist leadership with the day-to-day needs of the regional office. You will help keep communication, processes, and competing priorities organized so the team can focus on delivering high-quality services. You will use your strong organizational and administrative skills to anticipate needs, manage multiple responsibilities, and contribute to an efficient and collaborative office environment. WHO YOU ARE? You are organized, dependable, and able to stay focused when priorities shift. You enjoy keeping things running smoothly and can balance multiple responsibilities without losing track of the details. You communicate effectively in both written and verbal English, and Spanish is strongly preferred. You are comfortable working with technology and productivity tools, including Google Suite, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You are also someone who takes initiative, works well with others, and understands the importance of confidentiality, professionalism, and accountability in a human-services environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

2+ years’ experience as an office manager or other administrative duties. Preferred but not required –Associate/ Bachelor degree from an accredited program/institution 1 year of supervisory/administrative experience as an office manager or other administrative duties. Preferred – 3 years of supervisory/administrative experience as an office manageror other administrative duties. 21 years of age or older. Maintain current licenses and certificates required for the position, including but not limited to Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request. Communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English (and Spanish strongly preferred). Maintain computer literacy required to meet responsibilities of the position.
