Finance Analyst

ZO Motors Co. Ltd, a manufacturer and distributor of zero‑emission energy commercial vehicles, is currently seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key player in the finance team, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide insights and recommendations that drive financial performance and decision‑making. Duties and Responsibilities Consolidate and analyze financial data taking into account company goals and financial standing; assemble and summarize data to structure reports on financial status and risks. Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis. Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance. Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models. Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to management team. Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts. Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data. Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function. Requirements and Qualifications BS degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent experience in finance, MS preferred; manufacturing, technology, automotive industry experience preferred. Strong analytical and organizational skills; outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills. Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and analysis, corporate finance and information analysis. Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite is a big plus. A self‑starter driven by curiosity to identify and solve problems for business partners. Operates well in a fast‑paced environment and adapts to the evolving landscape of company financial priorities and requests.
