• Deliver personalized one-on-one speech therapy that encompasses communication, language skills, fluency, vocal enhancement, and swallowing techniques.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and family members to develop integrated care plans.
• Provide educational resources to patients and families to promote continued progress beyond clinical sessions.
• Participate in inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions when required, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
• Keep precise and timely records in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and learning to remain current with advancements in the field.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• A preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hiring.
