Job Summary IBM WatsonX Orchestrate Full Stack Developer OnShore need for YAVA project. The Healthcare IT Delivery organization, part of CVS Health's Data, Digital, Analytics, Technology (DDAT) division, is seeking a Conversational AI Engineer specializing in IBM WatsonX Orchestrate AI technologies. You will drive the end-to-end user experience for a next-generation Conversational AI platform designed to support members and providers by accessing timely, accurate. Responsibilities In this role, you will architect, implement, and optimize rich conversational flows using IBM's Conversational AI stack, while integrating enterprise data sources to deliver context‑aware, trustworthy responses. You will collaborate with product, UI/UX, and backend teams to define requirements, influence features, and ensure scalable, user‑centric solutions. Design and develop AI conversations with responses coming from outside APIs via cloud function or integration with other systems, applying clean coding skills and best practices. Collaborate with user interface designers and backend application integration teams to understand the mechanisms through which the conversational AI solution will be used and what is needed to fulfill intents. Collaborate with teams and other developers to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain a chatbot. Troubleshoot bots, debug, and deploy chatbots on various channels (voice/chat), leveraging AI, NLP technologies, and cognitive machine learning to develop chatbot applications. Integrate chatbot solutions with multiple platforms. Enhance user effectiveness of the conversational agents with the help of advanced technologies. Continuously develop knowledge of emerging technologies and analytics techniques and support the pursuit of business development opportunities.
